We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:

Personal preference
Ordering the wrong product
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.
- Defective or Damaged Products
We only offer a resolution if the item you receive is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a request, please email us with the following information:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect or damage
After reviewing the request, IRONCLAD OUTDOOR LLC will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item or refund, depending on the situation.
- Non-Returnable Items
Unless confirmed as defective, all items are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made after delivery will not qualify for replacement or refund.
- Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved due to a verified defective product, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.
- Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
